The space

This bright and airy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offers everything you need for an extended stay near the coast. With an open-layout living room and kitchen, you’ll enjoy a spacious, relaxed vibe that flows seamlessly onto the private balcony—perfect for morning coffee or sunset wine with sweeping views.

The neighbourhood

Located in a prime spot, you're just a short stroll from the beach, local shops, cafes, and the renowned R11 Sport Club right around the corner.

House rules

1. Quite hours: 22.00-08.00
2. Please respect neighbours and community rules.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment
4. Please make sure to turn off airconditioner when leaving the apartment and keep doors locked while not home
5. We don't take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
6. It's prohibited to leave garbage outside the apartment door or anywhere else in the urbanisation, please throw the garbage in the waste bins located just around the corner by the street.
7. Keep sunshade closed while you are not on the terrace to reduce possibilities of breakage due to wind.
8. Maximum 4 persons and only registered guests allowed to stay in the apartment.
9. We will ask for passport copies, some personal information of each guest and for you to sign a contract, we need that by law for the government.

Guest access

You have access to the community swimming pool which is seasonal so only open during summer months.

Other things to note

We can provide:
- babycot +highchair for a fee of 30€/baby
- pool towels for a fee of 5€/ towel
- in the cleaning fee you get 2 set of bedlinen/towels, starter pack of kitchen and bathroom amenities, after that its self catering. Cleaning fee covers clean apartment upon arrival and cleaning after your stay.
