Boasting three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area flows effortlessly out to the stunning garden and pool. Imagine lazy days spent lounging on sunbeds by the private pool, enjoying delicious meals in the outdoor dining area, or unwinding in one of the charming sitting spots scattered throughout the beautiful garden. The villa also features a fantastic lounge area with a BBQ, perfect for entertaining friends and family. And for breathtaking views and evening ambiance, the expansive roof terrace provides an additional outdoor sanctuary. Pets are welcome
The villa is located in Cerros del Aguila which is just outside of Fuengirola. There is a supermarket and restaurants 8 mins walk away, where you can also use the local bus to get to Fuengirola or to Miramar shopping centre.
1. Please keep it quiet from 11pm to 8 am
2. No smoking inside the house, no drugs
3. Please keep the house, garden and front of the house clean and respect neighbours.
4. Please note that as its a villa with many plants and garden its possible that you can meet some wildlife
5. Up to 2 pets allowed for an extra 100€ petfee
6. Always turn off airconditioner and keep windows/doors closed/locked when not home
7. Always keep the house door locked when leaving, having the door unlocked is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the house.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us.
10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone, to fill out some other information and also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government. If the information is not provided before arrival you will not be able to stay with us unfortunately. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay
You have access to everything, beside the locked basement area which is private storage space of the owner. Please respect that.
Pets are welcome for a fee, so please make sure to add it in the reservation
We can also provide babycot+highchair for a fee of 30€/baby
We can arrange airport transfer for you
Pool towels and one set of bedlinen/towels are included in the cleaning fee.
In case you need extra laundry, please contact us, and we will let you know the fee
Included amenities for kitchen and bathroom(soap, toilet paper, washing detergent, ect.) are starter packs. After that, it's self-catering.
