Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! As you step into this beautifully designed apartment, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen on your left, ready for all your cooking needs. Moving further in, the open-plan dining and living area welcomes you with breathtaking sea views, a cozy lounge space, and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms:
A master bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
A second bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed—perfect for families or groups. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and airconditioner.
There are also two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower.

1. Please be quiet from 10pm to 8 am
2. No smoking, no drugs
3. Please keep the building and corridors clean and respect neighbours and community rules
4. Please remove your shoes in the apartment
5. No pets allowed
6. Always turn off airconditioner, keep windows closed and close awings when not home!
7. Always keep the apartment door locked when leaving. Leaving the door unlocked, is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone 14+ years old, fill out some other information and also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government. If the information is not provided before arrival you will not be able to stay with us unfortunately. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay
You have access to the community swimmingpool, please respect the neighbours and rules of the pool.
Travelcot+highchair must be ordered at least 2 days before arrival, and it costs 30€/baby
Beach towels cost 5€/towel, must be ordered at least 2 days before arrival.
In case you need extra laundry, please contact us, and we will let you know the fee
Included amenities for kitchen and bathroom(soap, toilet paper, washing detergent, ect.) are starter packs. After that, it's self-catering.
We can arrange airport transfer for you.
