1. Please be quiet from 11pm to 8 am
2. No smoking(only on the terrace with closed windows, no drugs
3. Please keep the building and corridors clean and respect neighbours and community rules
4. Please remove your shoes in the apartment
5. No pets allowed
6. Always turn off airconditioner and keep windows closed when not home
7. Always keep the apartment door locked when leaving the door unlocked. it is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone 14+ years old, fill out some other information and also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government. If the information is not provided before arrival you will not be able to stay with us unfortunately. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay
You have access to the community swimming pool and also the billiard table(not private)
There is a travelcot available at the apartment but please notify us if you will use it, so we can prepare it for you.
We can provide highchair for baby for a fee of 15€
