As you step into the apartment, you'll be welcomed by an open-plan, fully furnished kitchen and living room. To your right, there is a bedroom with two high-quality electric articulated single beds and a large wardrobe. Adjacent to this bedroom is a natural stone bathroom with a shower. Directly across the hall, you'll find the master bedroom with another spacious natural stone en-suite bathroom.
The main bedroom features high quality electric articulated bed, with separate controls for each side, a large wardrobe and a foldable workspace.

Both the main bedroom and the living room offer direct access to the terrace, which includes a dining area and a cozy sitting space. Enjoy coastal living on the large terrace choose to enclose it with glass curtain for privacy, or open it up to the garden for fresh air. Enjoy the beautiful views from the garden area while sunbathing or simply relish in coastal life while sipping on freshly brewed coffee or a cocktail. Appreciate the gorgeous sunrise and sunset scenery from the garden.
The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning for both heating and cooling. Additionally, you’ll have access to two separate community swimming pools, a private underground parking space, and the beautifully landscaped gardens within the urbanisation
La Cala is a charming boutique village between Fuengirola and Marbella. Within walking distance you can get to Supermarkets, restaurants, the sandy beach and to La cala's beautiful old town area. In case you don't have a car, the bus station is within 10 minutes' walk and provides easy access to both Fuengirola and Marbella.
1. Please be quiet from 10pm to 8 am
2. No smoking, no drugs in the apartment, you can smoke on the terrace just make sure the doors are not open so the smoke doesn't get inside
3. Please keep the building and corridors clean
4. Please remove your shoes in the apartment
5. No pets allowed
6. Always turn off the air conditioner when leaving the apartment, and keep windows and doors closed when not home
7. Always keep the apartment door locked for security reasons
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment, so it's advisable to set the alarm when leaving the apartment so we can make sure you are fully secured.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone 14+ years old, fill out some other information and for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government. If the information is not provided before arrival you will not be able to stay with us unfortunately.
11. Check-in time is from 16.00, check-out is at 10.00. I am flexible so if you arrive earlier or have a late flight, let me know and i will see what i can do.

You have access to two separate community swimming pools and the private underground garage space.
Pool towels can be provided for a fee of 5€/towel, please notify us 2 days before arrival so it can be prepared for your arrival.
We can provide travel cot/highchair for a fee of 30€/baby, please notify us 2 days before arrival.
We can arrange airport transfer for you.
Please note that the urbanisation is very secure with CCTV cameras and also security guard at night.
