2 Bathrooms The apartment is located in the new Seaview reserve of Elhigueron near the trainstation of Carvajal. This unique place has a style all its own. Incredible seaview and carefully selected interior design. The location can not be better as the trainstation is a 1 minute walk away. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets within 5-10mins walk. Guests should be aware there is a short but relatively steep hill to walk up from the train station to the entrance.

1. Please be quiet from 10pm to 8 am

6. Always turn off airconditioner and keep windows closed when not home
7. Always keep the apartment door locked when leaving the door unlocked. it is a security risk!

10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone 14+ years old, fill out some other information and also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government. You have access to the community swimmingpool, gym, Turkish bath and Sauna, sunbeds and also to the private garage place in the underground parking area. FYI: pool will be closed from 1st of october 2024 until further notice, due to draught restrictions
