1. Please be quiet from 11pm to 8 am
2. No smoking(only allowed on the terrace), no drugs
3. Please keep the building and corridors clean
4. Please remove your shoes in the apartment
5. No pets allowed
6. Always turn off airconditioner when leaving the apartment, and keep windows closed when not home
7. Always keep the apartment door locked when leaving the door unlocked. it is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
10. Before your arrival, we gonna ask for passport copies of everyone +16 years old and also you to sign a contract, we need that by law for the tax office. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay
