The living room features a cozy sofa bed, perfect for additional guests or afternoon naps after a day of exploration.
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all nessessory appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine for added convenience. Enjoy your meals al fresco on the terrace while soaking in the views of the sea and greenery or at the diningtable beside the livingroom.
The sleeping area features two cozy bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The first bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, perfect for couples, and includes a convenient office space or makeup table, providing a versatile area for work or getting ready for the day.
In the second bedroom, you'll find two inviting single beds, ideal for friends or family members traveling together. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, offering a peaceful sanctuary after a day of adventure. There are 2 bathrooms, one of it with bath/shower and the second one with shower.
After a day of sun and sand, unwind by taking a refreshing dip in the community pool, surrounded by well taken care of garden. With its tranquil atmosphere and scenic surroundings, our Mijas retreat provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable coastal getaway.
Riviera del sol is the perfect place for relaxation and having everything walking distance. Within 5-20 mins walk you have restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bus stops to Fuengirola or Marbella and also the beach and the very popular Max beach. Riviera sport club is a 10 mins walk away
1. Please be quiet from 10pm to 8 am
2. No smoking, no drugs
3. Please keep the building and corridors clean
4. Please remove your shoes in the apartment
5. No pets allowed
6. Always turn off airconditioner when leaving the apartment, and keep windows closed when not home
7. Always keep the apartment door locked. When leaving the door unlocked, it is a security risk.
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
10. Before your arrival, we gonna ask for passport copies of everyone +16 years old and also you to sign a contract, we need that by law for the tax office. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay
