As you step into the hallway, a sense of tranquility washes over you, guided by the soft ambient lighting and sleek design.
The open layout of the living room immediately captures your attention, with large windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The living room is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable sofa is strategically arranged to take full advantage of the mesmerizing vistas, creating the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the ever-changing play of colors in the sky.
Adjacent to the living room is a spacious dining area, seamlessly integrated with the kitchen. The open design fosters a sense of togetherness, whether you're entertaining guests or simply enjoying a quiet meal with loved ones. The kitchen, equipped with all the neccessery appliances and sleek countertops, is a culinary haven for those who appreciate the joy of cooking.
The two bedrooms have plenty of storage places. Large windows in each room and the minimalist décor creates a serene ambiance. The second bedroom opens onto a terrace at the back, providing a secluded outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air and starlit nights. Themaster bedroom, though equally spacious, opens to a front terrace that overlooks the terrace furniture and also the cityscape below, offering a unique blend of urban and natural beauty.
Between the two bedrooms you find the bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
Step outside onto the terraces, and you're greeted with two distinct yet equally captivating experiences. 1. Please be quiet from 10pm to 8 am
2. No smoking, no drugs
3. Please keep the building and corridors clean and respect neighbours and community rules
4. Please remove your shoes in the apartment
5. No pets allowed
6. Always turn off airconditioner and keep windows closed when not home
7. Always keep the apartment door locked when leaving the door unlocked. it is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.

10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone 14+ years old, fill out some other information and also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government. If the information is not provided before arrival you will not be able to stay with us unfortunately. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay
the whole house and swimmingpool is private so you have access to it all, beside the locked wardrobe where owner stores their belongings and there is a storage room downstairs which is used for tools and pool caretaker so its also locked away from guests use.

Beach towels cost 5€/towel, must be ordered at least 2 days before arrival.
