Welcome to our cozy studio apartment that's perfect for a relaxing holiday! Our apartment has a separate sleeping area that provides privacy and comfort for you and your travel companions. The sofa bed in the living area is perfect for an additional guest or two. The apartment has one bathroom that's equipped with all the essentials for your stay. In the livingroom there is a dining table for 4 persons and on the terrace one table with 2 chairs to enjoy the climate. VUT/MA/62157

The space

As you step in you will find the fully equipped kitchen, to the left there is a bathroom with shower. Beside there is a bedroom with a doublebed. In the hallway there is also a huge wardrobe with plenty of space for your belongings and even for the luggages. The open layout diningroom and bedsofa makes it very cosy, which has also access to the balcony where you find the washing machine as well. There is fiber internet and a smart tv. Airconditioner in the livingroom.

The neighbourhood

Situated in Torremuelle with great connection to the motorway. By the motorway, there is bustation on both sides so you can get to Fuengirola-Marbella or to Benalmadena-Malaga
Malaga airport is 20 mins away by car.
Marbella is 40 mins away.
Mercadona is a short walk away, and you can go down to the beach within 10-15 mins walk. There are 2 ways to get to the beach, shorter one includes stairs, or you can go around where you would drive with car and then no staircase using needed but its a bit longer.

House rules

1. Please be quiet from 10pm to 8 am
2. No smoking, no drugs
3. Please keep the building and corridors clean
4. Please remove your shoes in the apartment
5. No pets allowed
6. Always take out electricity cards when leaving the apartment, and keep windows closed when not home
7. Always keep the apartment door locked when leaving the door unlocked. it is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
10. Before your arrival, we gonna ask for passport copies of everyone +16 years old and also you to sign a contract, we need that by law for the tax office. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay 

Guest access

The washing machine is on the terrace in the cabinet. There is key for it on the terrace keys. Pillows for outside chairs used to be in there as well.
